Refund and Returns Policy
At DHEUZ LIFE SCIENCES PVT. LTD., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Damaged products due to misuse or improper handling
- Products without original packaging
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos as proof
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
4. Refund Process
- Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refundable
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
